To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team assisting the registered nurses in delivering a high standard of care to the patient and residents of the hospital. You will act as an associate worker for an identified group of patients under the supervision of registered nurses or NVQ healthcare assistants ensuring the implementation of programmes of care.

An excellent opportunity for Band 5 Registered Nurses to enhance their skills by a joining our leading Brain Injury Service (BIS) which provides level 1 neuro-rehabilitation.
The Registered Staff Nurse will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team who will deliver a high standard of care to our Brain Injury patients during their rehabilitation journey. You will be responsible for the assessment of patients care needs and for the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
